Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include all accessories, tags, and accompanying materials
- Not show signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling
Please note that because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, finish, or design details may occur. These natural variations enhance the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in ensuring your order reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Images of the packaging, if applicable
After verification, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or personalized products
- Made-to-order items
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
- Items returned without prior authorization
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the return request. Once approved, you will receive instructions regarding the return procedure.
Customers are encouraged to securely package products before shipping them back to avoid transit damage. We recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping service for added security.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
Please note that shipping charges, handling fees, and cash-on-delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. In such cases, customers may request a return after receiving the product, subject to our return eligibility criteria.
Exchanges
