  Order Policy

  Damaged or Incorrect Items
  We take great care in packaging, but in rare cases, if your order arrives damaged:
  An uncut unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
  The video must clearly show the package being opened from the start.
  You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the video.
  Once verified:
  We will either send a replacement

  Offer a refund for the damaged item.
  Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.
