We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if a product is out of stock, if a pricing error is detected, or if we are unable to verify payment. You will be notified promptly and any amount paid will be refunded.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payments through the methods available at checkout. Crescent Handcraft Studios does not store your card or payment details all transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery timelines vary by location and are typically 5–10 business days. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds
We take pride in the quality of every handcrafted piece. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support.crescentstudios@gmail.com with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please note that returns are not accepted for custom orders, personalised items, or products damaged due to misuse after delivery.
