This is part of their unique charm. Custom orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed. Please ensure all details (name, address, customisation inputs) are accurate while placing your order. Returns & Refunds We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed. As a small handmade business, each product is created with care specifically for you. Damaged or Incorrect Items We take great care in packaging, but in rare cases, if your order arrives damaged: An uncut unboxing video is mandatory as proof. The video must clearly show the package being opened from the start. You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the video. Once verified: We will either send a replacement or Offer a refund for the damaged item. Claims without proper video proof may not be accepted.
